Refund policy

7-day policy
We have a 7-day return policy on many of the products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, if the product is delivered in damaged condition or different product is delivered other than the ordered product.

The items where it is exclusively mentioned that refund is not allowed by any means, then for those products, refund request may not be processed by us.

In all cases, if the product inside the box is delivered in damaged condition which may have happened in transit or in case of wrong product shipment, customer need to send us a good quality video proof while unboxing the product. The review of the refund or exchange process is manual. The refund/exchange/repair decision is made afterwards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@indovill.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Most of the cases the return order shipping is scheduled by us with our courier partners. But based on the pin code, this facility may vary. We’ll notify you details about how to return.

Based on the order type & return policy applicable on the product, we will approve the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When you contact us for return, please send a good quality unboxing video for making it easy for us.

If you receive the product with the damaged or counterfeited box packing & in turn your ordered item is damaged, in that case please send us the photo of the product with box packaging with the delivery guy. To make your further experience smoother we would like to take this with our courier partner. Or you can also refuse to accept the counterfeited box. Please check before accepting the delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or any other product which is mentioned as non-returnable, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made to order products which takes lot of time & effort for maker to produce, personal care goods (such as beauty products) and undergarments. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns for slight colour variation or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or you can request by email for the exchange of the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
